Greetings from the Change Wonks family!

I’m Dion, Change Wonks Creator, and resident writer. My personal change journey began on the island of Trinidad and Tobago, a beautiful twin-island republic nestled in the Caribbean Sea off of the coast of Venezuela. I left my island life behind to pursue higher education in America.

Upon completing my Master of Business Administration degree at The Ohio State University, I began my Management Consulting journey specializing in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, and Program Management.

I developed a passion for effectively managing organizational change through 15+ years of business consulting experience leading strategic projects for Fortune 1000 clients.

Within my career, I also trained and coached executive leaders, people leaders, and employees in the art of Organizational Change Management as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor.

When I am not consulting, writing, or networking, I spend quality time with my beautiful wife, our two energetic kids, and our Miniature Schnauzer.
